1. Introduction

Welcome to Wingiler. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Wingiler ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all aspects of your use of the Wingiler website, mobile interface, games, services, promotional programmes, and any related functionality made available by Wingiler.

By accessing the Wingiler platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Wingiler platform immediately.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" refers to a uniquely registered player account created on the Wingiler platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total real-money funds held within a player's Wingiler account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to non-cashable promotional credits awarded under specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, sports betting markets, jackpot games, and other interactive entertainment products available on Wingiler.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Services" refers to the totality of the Wingiler platform, including games, payment processing, account management, support, and promotional activities.
• "Restricted Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which use of the Wingiler platform is prohibited by local law or our licensing conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Wingiler is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This age threshold applies without exception. Registering on behalf of a minor, or permitting a minor to use your account, constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You may only register and play at Wingiler if online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position. Wingiler is not liable for any consequences arising from a player accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one Wingiler account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under alternative identities, or through shared household access — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.4 Excluded Persons

Current and former employees of Wingiler and its affiliated entities, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to register or maintain a player account. This exclusion extends to third-party service providers, game suppliers, and payment processing partners with direct operational involvement in the Wingiler platform.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading registration details is a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Wingiler reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to before processing withdrawals, when bonus activity appears unusual, or when your account is selected for routine compliance review. Acceptable documents typically include a valid government-issued identification card, passport, and proof of address issued within the preceding three months.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges, account restriction, or termination, depending on the nature and duration of non-compliance.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity occurring on your account whilst you are logged in — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility. You should notify Wingiler immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

Wingiler supports multiple Malaysian-friendly payment methods for deposits, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must be funded from payment instruments registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Wingiler reserves the right to process withdrawals via the same method used for the corresponding deposit where technically and operationally possible. Processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes; bank transfers may take up to two business days in rare circumstances.

5.3 Currency

Unless otherwise stated, all account balances, deposit amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal figures are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Transactions conducted via cryptocurrency, such as USDT TRC20, will be converted to MYR equivalent at the exchange rate applicable at the time of processing.

5.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits or withdrawals on behalf of a third party are strictly prohibited. Wingiler will not process withdrawals to payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder. Where third-party payment is detected, Wingiler reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives made available through Wingiler are subject to the specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum deposit thresholds, and eligible game restrictions stated in the individual promotion terms. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 2,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds).

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Wingiler monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to exploiting low house-edge games to artificially complete wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral schemes. Where bonus abuse is detected, Wingiler reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and restrict or close the account.

6.4 Welcome and Migration Bonuses

Welcome bonuses and migration incentives are available to newly registered players and qualifying platform migrants respectively. These are one-time entitlements and cannot be combined with other welcome-type promotions. Full terms for each specific offer are published at the point of promotion.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on Wingiler are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer actions subject to standard casino rules. Wingiler does not control individual game outcomes, and past results have no bearing on future results.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or system error that disrupts a game round, Wingiler reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the associated wager. No claim for winnings arising from a technical error shall be honoured.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including those covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other competitions, are governed by Wingiler's sportsbook rules as published on the platform. Wingiler reserves the right to restrict maximum stakes, suspend markets, and void bets in circumstances where integrity concerns arise or where the outcome has been made public prior to official settlement.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and potential legal referral:

• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence, or scripting tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker environments.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent deposits, or unauthorised chargebacks.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes knowingly.
• Misrepresenting your identity, location, or age at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods without authorisation.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing Wingiler staff or other platform users.
• Accessing Wingiler from a Restricted Territory using a VPN or other circumvention tool.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Wingiler platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, software architecture, written content, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Wingiler or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wingiler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or damage to devices. Wingiler's total aggregate liability to any player in relation to any single claim shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Wingiler's Right to Suspend

Wingiler reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, regulatory concerns, or any other material risk to the platform's integrity or other players.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting Wingiler support. Before closure is completed, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided KYC requirements have been satisfied. Active bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination — whether initiated by Wingiler or the player — your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination of this Agreement.

12. Responsible Gambling

Wingiler is firmly committed to responsible gambling. The platform is intended solely for adults aged 21 and above as a form of paid entertainment. We provide the following controls to help players maintain healthy habits:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Reminders: Configure time-based alerts to keep track of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a fixed period without forfeiting your balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account if you feel gambling is negatively affecting your life.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which Wingiler operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to Wingiler's customer support for resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a satisfactory resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism as specified by Wingiler's licensing conditions.

Malaysian players acknowledge that they are accessing the platform in a personal capacity and accept full responsibility for understanding the legal implications under their local jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Wingiler reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered players via the contact email address on file, or by prominent notice on the platform homepage, no fewer than seven (7) days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
